Job/ Placement description
We are looking for an enthusiastic trainee to join our friendly and supportive team, to start in Summer 2020.
We are a busy community pharmacy situated next door to a GP surgery, with whom we share an excellent relationship.
During your year with us you will learn how to be a confident clinician and manager, learning both professional and business skill that will ensure you are fully ready to become a pharmacist.
You will have the opportunity to train in a wide variety of extended services, including MUR, NMS, PGD and Minor Ailment scheme.
We are part of a medium sized independent chain, balancing all the benefits of large businesses with those of independent pharmacies.
You will train using the excellent Propharmace programme and will get 4 hours protected study time a week , which you are welcome to take at home.
Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday , 9am to 6pm with a hour off for lunch. You will not be expected to work weekends or late nights. We are situated in a pleasant suburban area with first class supporting staff.
This position is unlikely to attract a Tier 2 visa , however Tier 5 can be considered for the right candidate
